These Return Poicy are effective from Feb 01, 2020

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

Please see below for more information on our return policy.

How do I return or exchange an item?

 

  1. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product to the address below. If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after receiving day.



Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  support@chicdear.com  and send your item to our address.
